Browns announce inactives for preseason Week 2 vs. Bills The Cleveland Browns released their inactive list for their second preseason game against the Buffalo Bills.Dan Labbe of the Plain Dealer provided the list of inactives a little more than an hour before Friday night’s 7:30 p.m. kickoff at FirstEnergy Stadium.No surprises here.
